The Woodpecker offers two stories of space and features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, living room, dining area, gas fire place, laundry in the unit and private parking. The first floor features living area with smart TV, gas fire stove, full kitchen, dining set for 6, a full bathroom with a shower stall, dining and washer/dryer. Second floor offers three bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a full bath with tub, smart Tv and a queen bed. Another bedroom has a KING sized bed, and the third has two twin beds. This is a four season rental. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, pots, pans, plates, silverware, and wine glasses. On the outside, we provide charcoal grill, fire pit, and plenty of parking. This cabin has access to all of the lodge amenities. There are two cabins connected on the backside of the cabin. Both have separate entrances along with separate amenities such as grills, fire pits, etc. 

Please bring your own beach or bath towels. All bed linens are provided. nights. Accommodates up to 7 guests, with the use of the rollaway bed. During peak summer season, for reservations of less than 5 nights, there is an additional cleaning fee. Please be aware that all bookings of less than 3 nights for dates are subject to a cleaning fee.
