We provide a contact-free check in with our Remote Lock secure entry doors and lock boxes. Your lock PIN code will be valid between the check in and check out times and days of your stay, and you will receive the code just prior to your arrival. Please plan to proceed directly to your accommodation in order to park and access your lodging. We will be sure to catch up with you soon and are available to help. Please note: On or after the day of check-in we will charge your card on file for the remaining balance of your stay. If you wish to use a different form of payment for the balance, please do let us know on or before check in.

Coffee: Each accommodation has a 1 or 4 cup drip style coffee maker and we provide filter/coffee packets according to the size of the machine. If you are accustomed to espresso style drinks, such as “Starbucks” products, please note that this is the traditional style drip coffee, and will not look the like those beverages. If looking for espresso based drinks, we suggest Bear’s Cup or Sunrise Cafe in Bolton Landing (10 min), Cafe Vero in Lake George Village (5 min), or Dunkin Donuts Warrensburg (5 min).
LAUNDRY: Our on-site coin operated laundry machines located in our seasonal recreation/ community room are only available prior to or after the property is winterized for the season. They are usually available from late April to Mid-October. Please ask us for assistance.
Please remove your shoes at the door- your accommodation will stay much cleaner without the outdoors coming in. It is helpful to bring a pair of sandals or slippers to wear inside. This helps keep our “Adirondack” nature (pine needles, leaves, rain, snow & that tough mountain mud) out of your living space.
Our Wifi password is “adklodge“. We provide flat screen TVs with RoKu, Hulu TV, Disney+ and ESPN+ included. Our Eagle’s Nest includes Cable TV service as well in a couple of the TVs. Occasionally, a companion remote for the TV directly is provided. There is also an “on/off” button the most TVs as well. Kindly note that internet outages occur in this area regularly (utility provider). Roku remotes are notorious for burning through batteries. Please let us know if you connectivity with the TV. If you find that the Wifi is not working on a device, please refresh your device first, prior to reporting the difficulty. This is often the trick. If this doesn’t work – please don’t call us – instead, contact my teenage children (Just kidding!!…We will contact them for you -ha).

Please note, we do not have a pool side towel service. We regret that, like many mom and pop traditional Adirondack destinations, our small property does not have the space for the industrial size machines used by the large hotels to the wash and dry the hundreds of towels we would need daily – we are sorry for any inconveniences. We recommend families bring beach and pool towels in order to be best prepared to visit our pool, area beaches and local water attractions, keeping the hotel provided bath towels for personal grooming use. We do not provide housekeeping during your stay, however, if you have special requests please do let our staff know- we are pleased to accommodate! If you are staying in a cabin or an accommodation that includes a full kitchen, please do clean up your dishes and food waste. Trash can be removed to outside cans at any time.
